Is there a way to pull the "Expected Delivery Date" from the Inbound shipment record onto a PO saved search?
s
through a join of applying or applied to transaction fields (where the expected delivery field is located)

@erusty Inbound Shipment if I'm not mistaken, you are referring to the item receipt created from the PO? It That's the case and you have a PO search, pull up the Expected Delivery Date through the Fulfilling/Receiving Transaction fields...

Hi @Jacob. I don't work on the PO/receiving (just making the saved search 🙂 ) so I am not 100% sure but my understanding is that item receipt is when we receive it here, at the warehouse. Inbound Shipment is the record that is created when it officially ships (in our case from China). In any case, there is no field called Expected Delivery Date on the Fulfilling/Receiving Transaction fields. I tried using Expected Receipt Date and it came up with all blanks.
There are different ways to see what I am looking for in NS but, when you activate inbound shipment, there is a new column on POs called Quantity on shipments. When you click on the 3504 in the screenshot below you get this popup that shows the inbound shipments with their expected delivery date - this is what I am trying to pull into a PO level saved search because before the item ships, the ETA is maintained on the PO but after it ships, its maintained on the shipment
Hmm, it is not letting me post the screenshot. What you get when you click on the qty on shipments (3504 in my case). you get a screen that shows three different inbound shipments (qty has been split up), each with their own expected delivery date.
sorry for all the text!
