06/07/2018, 6:28 PMI don't know if it helps but we use csv imports regularly for lead imports and we use external id column to make sure we don't create a duplicate lead (add or update option)

06/07/2018, 6:36 PMBut maybe you can use add or update option and don't have anything else in your csv file except internal id, external id column and see what happens. Try with 1 or 2 records in sandbox account.
