Hi all, I am trying to troubleshoot the issue of few undelivered emails in our NetSuite account. There are couple of recipients that are receiving lot of emails with the same subject and getting blocked by the mail filter as a result. NetSuite recommended making the email subject unique if possible or disable the email altogether. For that, I need to know what search / workflow / script is sending those emails to the recipient. I tried using NetSuite's search on saved search and used "SearchSchedule : Recipient" is user. It listed all the searches where email is sent to the recipient but none of them has the same subject..NetSuite support told there is currently no way I can find what search/ script/workflow is trying to send the undelivered email so I am stuck on finding what is sending these undelivered emails. Any other ideas?
