Hope someone can help me remember… If you want a submitted external case (support case) to attach to an existing customer record do you need to have duplicate detection enable? If so, what are the settings? Had it working in an account and think someone has adjusted the settings because each case is being attached to the Anonymous Customer record. Thanks in advanced!
