Hi all, has anyone faced the issue of NetSuite for Outlook having SSL issue after the TLS deprecation. So far one of our remote user reported this issue. Is the solution is to simply unistall and reinstall the NetSuite for Outlook?

NetSuite has pushed a mandatory update for their Outlook integration. You can also check out https://www.cloudextend.io/products/cloudextend-outlook/ (disclaimer, I work here) which works on Mac, PC, browser, O365. There is no install required, just flip a switch at Microsoft Office store and it works.
