Hello, this is my first post. Hoping someone can please help. Last night we reconfigured ADFS to work with the new NetSuite sandbox architecture. It works if we are first logged into the network, but now it gives an error if we are not logged into the network. The error is: the selected authentication method is not available for “email address.” Choose another authentication method or contact your system administrator for details.
