Charge Based billing of time in Projects - we are currently doing a proof of concept of this tool. One thing we noticed is if we define a project for 10 hours and 11 hours are logged. The additional 1 hour goes into a black hole of pending billing unless the sales order items are refreshed. If we refresh the items, we lose our custom sales description on all items and the original values of order as the items push through the generic sales description and updated quantity. Has anyone else come up against this issue and if yes, what was your work around? We are looking at a script to resolve.
