Hello, we have a customer who's looking to connect to our NS using an iPaaS service to create and edit Support Cases from their system into our System and have it synced both ways . They want to handle the synchronization themselves so they can ensure privacy of their data. Does anyone know a way or a license to restrict them to only their Support Cases?
