Hi everyone, I received an email saying that Netsuite will deprecate the support to TLS 1.0 and 1.1, I was asked to do some tests to check if this will affect us, but I dont know what to test haha, do you know about this?

You should test any integrations that use web services. We use an order configurator and scanning. I will be testing both of these integrations.

is it sufficient to check those integrations in the release preview? what's your test process like @cferber?

🙁
older versions of the TLS protocol are still active in sandbox and Release Preview accounts hosted in North America. These sandbox and Release Preview accounts are not TLS 1.2 only, so cannot be used to identify integrations using older versions of TLS for communications with NetSuite.

I had an email that stated the Sandbox was converted to TLS 1.2. But I won't be comfortable until I see everything working in production after they deprecate. I did receive an email that on April 4th they are going to disable TLS1.0 and TLS 1.1 in the production accounts for 3 hours. I'm on Northwest data center so they will be disabling at 3 -6pm PDT. This way it will give us opportunity to test my third party integrations to make sure they have everything correct.
