We've noticed recently that when sending a message/email to a customer contact (i.e. a sales order acknowledgement), the 'default' transaction attachment type isn't being sent as a PDF per the customer's preference. In talking with support, any time a non-default contact is used for emails the USER's attachment preference is used. In our case that's HTML so attachments go out as HTML. Is it right that the customer's PDF preference isn't used?
