@conkiejoe @screnshaw Have you found a solution for "" displaying in the "From" field? We were going to ask NS Support for help. I am not the NS Admin at my company so someone else is doing that and I have not heard back yet.

Hello @screnshaw Yes! The change in 2018.1 changed the "From" field when we send invoices from NetSuite. We had set up a workflow (@mary.maria did!) that automatically bcc'd the relevant opportunity in our CRM, Salesforce with the invoice. In this way, account managers could look up and see what was sent. All of a sudden, I started to receive bounce-backs. I did see some discussion here about DMARC but had not put 2 & 2 together. In 2018.1, NetSuite made a change that would necessitate us to go to Email Preferences under Administrator and make some adjustments. I tried to do so on my own, in Sandbox, but realized that I need to ask our HelpDesk for the domain information. in the Help Center has instructions. The change itself is listed in page 18 of the Release Notes, all 104 pages worth.
