@zengs I don't really see a big difference there, I had worked on warehouse as picker, shipping clerk, inventory clerk in different warehouses... At the end of the day you have to pick 1000 pieces of item X if they are in one order or in 5 orders still 1000 pieces... same effort... In the other hand having multiple SO allow you to split the picking task efficiently because you have different picking documents...
