@layth it was actually a different problem- turns out that the searches in question were created as custom center links (e.g. hard-coding the URL of the search) versus just linking directly to the search as a list/record selection. Since our data center and URL changed, it was trying to go to system.netsuite instead of system.na3.netsuite and that's what was causing the logout issue.
