How do you create an Estimate or Sales Order with multiple ship-to addresses? e.g. One contract and PO for a bunch of laptops. Ship 100 to location A, 200 to location B, 250 to location C .... 60 to location M. And invoice to separate locations.

I think you would have to enable something to do this. In enable features i think it is called multi ship to addresses.
