It almost feels like they're asking people to come on here and defend them. Like when I search some of these names in the slack archive, there are 0 responses, so they only came on today to defend Celigo. Interesting.

We’re certainly not asking anyone to leap to our defense but, as you know, we do monitor these forums. Ultimately, Celigo is committed to making our customers successful and being better informed is a key part of that.

I didn't mean to sound as accusatory as I did. I was just stating what it felt like to me. About to open another ticket with Celigo if you want to help out.
