Right. I'm trying to automate some of our billing. Setting up workflow for Amazon orders that are fulfilled to be automtically billed by creating a Cash Sale. Have a saved search to find sales order:pending billing where pmt method (custom we setup) = PMT-AMZN. These are ready to bill and the workflow leverages this saved search daily to create the Cash Sale. issues is the ACTUAL SHIP DATE sometimes differs from intended SHIP DATE and the 'actualshipdate' [which I believe is a reference on the SO to the IF], isn't a field in the workflow. Gotta love Netsuite, always some quirk that makes life diffcult
