We're testing the 2018.01 release. We refresh our sandbox environment just before the upgrade. And I usually go back into the upgraded-refreshed account and reset the passwords on my service accounts so that my Production credentials are different from my Sandbox credentials. In January NetSuite decided that they'll leave the refreshed sandbox environment in the Production data center. My problem is, now my Production and Sandbox accounts are linked together. Changing the password in Sandbox also changes the password in Production. How are you guys managing this? Using the same passwords for both environments? Something else? Or are we the only ones experiencing this?
