@Paul_s, I'm sorry to hear that, that sucks. Our rep was on top of everything, very responsive and helpful. But, I guess support is the same everywhere, sometimes you get someone awesome, sometimes you get someone terrible. If you're only connecting two systems, like Marygolds3 said, is it something you can do via CSV imports or even a RESTlet? Also, I've heard some people say good things about Jitterbit, I haven't used them myself though.
