Hi all, I just had an administrator come ask me about the new role they have called 'Administrator RP' where 'RP' refers to 'release preview'. They closed a bunch of cases as 'Administrator RP' and when they switched to the regular 'Administrator' role, the cases were no longer closed. Does this 'Administrator RP' role log you into a kind of sandbox that does not effect true production data?
