what's the route you're trying?
a
Hi @PabloZ,I have an ssp application where -ssp application record -> application folder = Live Hosting Files: /SSP Applications/application publisher/ssp application -spp application record -> url root = /application-publisher/ssp-application -ssp application record -> status = released -file "Web Site Hosting Files/Live Hosting Files/SSP Applications/application publisher/ssp application/index.ssp" exists in File Cabinet -the ssp app precedence is '2' (another ssp app exists with precedence '1') When requesting https://checkout.sandbox.netsuite.com/c.<company-id>/application-publisher/ssp-application/index.ssp from a web browser I'm getting 'page not found'.
p
try https://checkout.sand.../c.<companyid>/APPROUTE/index.ssp
and approute is the property that is asked on the ssp app record
let me check the actual name of the field
"url root"
a
ok, let me try
oh, that's actually what I was trying
my url root is '/application-publisher/ssp-application'
p
put something simpler
a
ok let me try

once or twice it happened to me in Sitebuilder only accounts, that the SSP actually took "one day" to work. Like, something was terrible stuck for a day but the day after it literally worked without me doing anything.
a
I'm updated "ssp application record -> url root = /root"
yeah I actually wondered if that might be the case
which is terrible for troubleshooting since I need to develop right now and if it never starts working then I just lose time
I may need to just wait though
well, it works now, lol. That's the kind of stuff that makes people go crazy.
classic example of why I'd love to get out of this senseless world of web development
