To my fellow NS consultants, when scoping/pricing out a project what list of 'add ons' do you to refer to. I often get briefs on my desk and I have to come back on what I 'think' they'll need. From experience I roughly know what customers will need but I'm worried some features might slip the net and I really don't want to have to explain to a customer that they needed feature Y mid way thru a project....
