@neerajrtiwari We have created a separate customer for each sales rep called Sample Account - Rep Name for processing samples. These orders use a separate form that has a field that links back to our prospect/customer list. Then have a sublist on each prospect/customer list that shows all of the samples we have sent them. It is a pain, but easier to track which Sales Orders are actual customer orders and which are samples. Can also easily track how many samples each rep gives out as well as filter these internal accounts out of revenue reports.
