@Daniel I don't have particular experience with refurbished Items I don't think NetSuite would have something specific for that.. Ask yourself what is a refurbished Item? For me that would be an Inventory Item with depreciation due being refurbished and probably a sales discount... so from there what do you want to do? what do you want to handle exactly? a Sale? a Return? an asset?
