Anyone know how to set up default results for an item search? I created a saved search with the results I want, and opened the relevant Role under Setup -> Users/Roles/ Manage Roles, then under the "Searches" tab I added an "Item" line item and I set my default saved search for both "Search Results" and "List View", but this didn't seem to work. I am not finding anything in SuiteAnswers as well. Any ideas?
