@alien4u some companies do not want to spend the $ on a dedicated resource. But the problem that they then have is that they don't see the need the support regardless. Also, having a solutions provider who set up your system can seriously help when needing support. That is something that does not happen with NetSuite direct as once you are live, you go to gold support and to people who have never seen your system before or the reason why things are done the way they are done.
