I was part of one directly and I am trying to support one now that was. The one I went through was not set up completely. We added Suitebuilder and it took a year to get up and running and it was not complete and did not function properly. We did a system review that was expensive and did nothing to help us other than suggest more modules and NetSuite projects to add to our account. It also took almost a year and 4 different PS employees to complete. Again, just my experience.
