I hope that this is only something that we deal with, but we have been having our SB refreshes taking 3-4 weeks. They told us that they need to suffix all the IDs in the database with the SB#. Our situation is more complex since we have multiple sandboxes and way too many records and instances of records. At my last job they took closer to 24 hours though
