That's true - internal id (number) works. But that means I have to use OR statements in my search filter to include each of the 20 customer's internal id(number). They should really should just keep one "Internal ID" option with Any Of, equal to, etc. as the options to avoid confusion. I am sure this might be an open "enhancement" ticket.
