so if i set a customer record with a price level of X and populate the X price level of an item record, on a sales order everything is fine and dandy. the line item’s price level is X. but! if i then apply group pricing to the customer record (e.g. 10% off a certain pricing group - the same pricing group the item resides in), it doesn’t function. group pricing seems to take preference. anyone had a play with this before and have any ideas?
