Hi all, it's a csv import question. I am trying to change the custom form of all the Open Sales Order forms for a customer. Now, I can easily get the list of Open SOs for the customer by going to the customer's dashboard but the Open SOs don't have the internal ids of the SOs, but I do have the document number of the SOs. (e.g. SO-1234) -- I have around 100 SOs to change the custom forms so was wondering if we can use document numbers and do an import to update the custom form for these SOs. Or does NetSuite has to have internal ids for these SOs.
