Ok guys, every time I search in NS Help I get no where. I'm wondering if there is something fundamental I'm misunderstanding. Here's an example: I want to know why a particular user can't create a note on a record. So I open up NS Help and type 'note' and then search (see image above). The first result links to the path: 'SuiteCloud (Customization, Scripting, and Web Services) >> SuiteScript >> SuiteScript General >> SuiteScript Supported Records >> Communications >> Note. And it's something about suitescript. Is there some way I can tell that this result was going to link me to a suitescript context? I'm looking for notes in the context of the UI, but I have no idea how I can specify that in my search or, at least, no what context this result will link me to before I click it.
