Can anyone make a recommendation on the most accurate field to reference cost from within NS? We are looking for a field to reference cost that a third party ad words management company will use to determine the most profitable items. I have concerns about using purchase price due to fluctuating promotional pricing that isn't reflected there. We are currently considering Location Average Cost, but in the following statement about the field "Using the weighted-average method, the average cost is calculated as the total units available during a period divided by the beginning inventory cost plus the cost of additions to inventory." we can't determine what the period of time is that it is based on.
