@zackb @michoel @kyle - Ended up getting it to work w/ Workflow Action like @zackb suggested. Unfortunately (per this page https://netsuitetutorials.wordpress.com/2016/04/03/quickstart-of-using-formula-fields-in-netsuite-saved-search-with-examples/) only certain SQL formulas are allowed @kyle .
