He all, I am seeing duplicate companies in the list view of 'relationships' 'leads' there aren't duplicates any ideas?

In the results check to make sure there aren't any fields being displayed that can have multiple values. For example, if your results display the address for a customer, your search would appear to have duplicate customers for the billing address, shipping address, etc. Try removing all results from the search except the name and adding each field one-by-one.
