Guys, is there any way of locking the support case ? We have a customer, who keeps emailing us with the specific subject (like 123456iap;ipabcaashh&&4babcb& which NS picks up as a response to his old case, so it gets reopened. Problem is that it is not him emailing, he seem to have his inbox compromised by some automated tool/bug
