Yeah so Date will be entered manually on the Transaction form, it will be in case you are entering an order that you want to say has a date other than today, most of the time I imagine it would still reflect todays date though. Only applicable if you are creating an invoice for a few days ago or something, I guess it would depend on how your organisiation uses that field.
