Hi all, anyone have ideas on how to handle this situation? A company sells a serialized product which must undergo a manufacturing routing process, however the core component is the same serialized item as the finished good, just with services and some other components used in the manufacturing process. The Work Order is only created once a Sales Order is raised for the customer, but at the point of raising the Sales Order the company wishes to allocate the serialized item prior to the Work Order starting, so it cannot be allocated elsewhere.
