Hi everyone, I have a user that is getting an error message whenever they try to access a Sales Order via the global search bar. The error message is “That search or mass update does not exist (internal id=XXXX)“. The internal ID is of a saved search that is unrelated to that Sales Order. We’ve cleared cache, etc., but it’s still throwing an error. What could possibly be calling the search simply by entering an SO# in the search bar? I’m asking here before engaging NetSuite support. 😃 Thanks
