A user would quite like a search on their dashboard that allows them to search the subject field within all cases. Sounds simple enough doens't it? I've played around with the filters on a saved search. But saved searches require a defined criteria of searches to run beforehand. This would literally just be a text box on a dashboard to let this user search subject text on a case. Mmmm
