Hi I've got a bit of an extreme saved search. Basically, it's to do with a case system that has some advanced rules and I'm wondering whether it's feasible to express these in a saved search or forms that have been scripted to handle the data. Essentially, there's a number of rules, so if a ticket comes in on a weekend, the actual start time is 9pm on a monday etc etc. Do-able?
