Do be aware though, that inactivating the employee record will remove any personalisation they’ve done to their dashboards when you activate them again. 😞

what if instead of the user the role gets deactivated? This way you are not deactivating the employee record just their role - just a thought

My suspicion is that anything which removes access to a specific dashboard, is going to cause any local personalisations to it to be forgotten.
