Hello all. Is there anyway to reset the printedpickticket field? We are having an issue where the SO are leaving the printed picking ticket queue because someone accidentally printed it, or printed it early. I have tried to use field APIs (nlapiSetFieldValue) of the 'printedpickingticket' to F and 'tobeprinted' to T. but neither worked.
