We’re having issues with sales orders not being added to the picking ticket queue when they should. Example: Sales order is created and warehouse goes to fulfill it. Item is picked/packed, and then a second line is added to the sales order. At that point it no longer enters the picking ticket queue (the flag “Picking Ticket Printed” remains True on the system information). Is this the designed functionality? Or are we hitting a bug? Trying to figure out how best to approach it with support before I call.
