In a customer saved search, there's a "New" column, with a little green guy when you hover over it. The little green guy is an action menu that allows you to, for example, create a new sales order. Is that menu customizable anywhere? Our customer service reps originally didn't have permission in their role to create sales orders, we've given them that permission, but their "little green guy" still doesn't have the "New Sales Order" option, and we're wondering if it's possible to get that option in there.
