Just discovered if I roll-up a portlet on a dashboard and publish it then the role that has the dashboard will not see the content or title of the portlet. They will just see the collapsed portlet with a title - Custom Search for e.g.. They have to click on the Portlet blue bar in order to collapse the portlet and load the data with the title of the portlet.
