So if you have one item on the PO and you bill it, it will be fully billed regardless of the dollar amount on the bill.

jokell: as we don't sell items, we only deal with services, how would you suggest we model this in a PO?
For example, we may agree to a service for £1000, but the service is provided 10 times at £100 each time.

I would treat it like an item, and price it as 10 each for 100. That way you can bill 5 of them, bill 500 pounds, and still have the po be open.
But I don’t have direct experience with it - others may have a better idea of how it should work.

thanks, i will think over it, it could be an option
tried the items and that actually works nicely using quantity, but we still have an issue where there is only one quantity at say £1000 and we have paid off £500...PO gets fully billed meh!
