@leo A couple of other things to check. Are you using One World? If you have items that are limited to a subsidiary and the transaction you're trying to add them to is not in that subsidiary, you wont find it. While in global search it's just going by the user privileges. for instance I'm the admin so I can global search any item. If I create a sales order for a customer that's in a subsidiary that can't use that item, then I can't add it to it. Items can also be restricted by Location as well.
