@al3xicon Sorry, I didn't see the discussion before I posted my question here. Yeah, like @erictgrubaugh said, I am trying to search a non-stored field's value. I am trying to avoid the creation of custom field and another workflow/script. So, thought of using a saved search on dashboard where you will be haivng Return tracking number in available filter. But was discouraged when I did the search..it kept on loading as I was searching everything. (I do Type: Sales Order under Criteria) As we don't know which order will be returned by a customer so we cannot put any restriction for the search. @rsm_ryan_meyer - can you confirm what criteria you put for your search?
