Has anyone connected their Box account with NetSuite? I've followed the steps below but when I go to the record in NS, it's stuck. It doesn't connect to Box.com. https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044195553-Setting-up-and-Enabling-the-Box-for-Oracle-NetSuite-Integration

I did connect a box account to Netsuite. However the box account must be premium/business type. For this demo, I had to contact Box to have a trial account that would enabled me do the connection. Unfortunately, I dont have any materials to help you with.

We have been using it for many years
When you say it “doesn’t connect” what do you mean exactly? Do you see a Box Content tab? That should render an iframe where you see the Box folder (or login, or “create folder” option if no folder yet). What do you see under that tab?
The first time each user tries to access this iframe they will see something that looks like this:

@jen that's exactly what we see. If we click continue, it just loads forever.
@Damree Ilyaad, thanks. How do you reach out to their support? It seems like they don't have a phone call support. Do you just post on their website?

that sounds like maybe a firewall issue….
check browser console for any JS errors
if you login to Box.com there is a support link

Ohhh, I'll check that. We've already filed two tickets through that link but hasn't received a response yet. Do you happen to know if they're responsive enough?
