Few users are experiencing this issue in Netsuite while in Chrome. The checkboxes become dots and we cannot click on them. The top menu color changes and starts action like if it was transparent. It happens while in PROD but not in SANDBOX. • Do any of you know how to fix this?

I forgot how I 'fixed' it 'cause that happened to me as well. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache?

Morale of the story is - with Netsuite when ever having errors try clearing your cache just like rebooting the machine. Magically it fixes most of the issues - fact NS doesn't even know why this happens most of the time. LOL

When I have the same situation, selecting any Theme except Default solve the problem

@Zoran R-DATAGRAM do you immediately revert it back to Default and it's still fine?
